Yoga for athletes
SESSIONS
Program of five online yoga sessions focused on taking a tour of the different muscular chains of the body with the aim of knowing it better, preventing injuries and making the body more flexible.
- Yoga session focusing on strengthening and stretching the legs.
- Yoga session focusing on the movement of the shoulder girdle and shoulders, reducing the tension in the area.
- Yoga session focusing on recognizing and working with the hips, thus improving the flexibility of the area in a safe way.
- Session focusing on safe and healthy movement of the spine.
- General mobilization session, with a shorter duration than the previous ones so that we can practice it on days when we do not have much time.
