SESSIONS

This program includes five online guided meditation sessions in which we will go deeper into different meditation and breathing techniques to optimize the performance of your interpretive qualities.

  1. How to sit down to meditate. What posture to use, how to start, how long to practice, why meditate.

  2. Meditation on self-image: who am I, what I like and what I don’t like about myself.

  3. Meditation on empathy: what others feel, what it is like to be in their shoes.

  4. Meditation to internalize a character: main characteristics of the character, what do they transmit to me when I look them in the eye, how can I put myself in his place.

  5. Quick meditation to be able to quickly switch from one character to another.

 

Review session of all the contents seen in the previous sessions.
