We can understand meditation with a simple analogy. Imagine a bottle full of water and sand, shaking the bottle constantly the water will remain cloudy whereas just leaving the bottle still and immobile, little by little the sediment and grains of sand settle on the  bottom and the water becomes increasingly clear and transparent.

 

This online meditation program was created to offer you individual support in this learning process and provide a judgment-free moment to be present in your own life.

HOW IT WORKS

In each online session, some basic guidelines about meditation will be made in order to know what we are doing and why. We will cover correct posture, breathing, different types of meditation.

We will dedicate a space for meditation at the end of each session. We will also work on how to create the habit of meditation and how to include it in our daily lives.
