The first thing I remember is dreaming.

Dreaming, from a young age, of exploring, learning from other cultures and nourishing myself with the wisdom of each person encountered along the way.

Dreaming of living my fears, tears and scars wisely.

Dreaming of nature, with the noise of the water, the trees and the rock tattooed on the skin.

This infinite desire to grow has led me to study pedagogy, because education, without discrimination of its format, is essential when it comes to being in the world and changing it.

But all this personal journey made sense when Yoga unexpectedly entered my life at a sensitive personal moment. Nervous by nature, it was not a particularly striking practice for me. I felt more comfortable with physical activities that helped me unload the roller coaster of uncontrolled emotions that I had inside.

I discovered in yoga a valuable and generous developmental tool that offers us a dose of what each of us needs most at the moment we need it.

My path so far.

I trained in Nepal, India and Thailand in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Thai Massage and Relaxing Massage; I am also a Usui Reiki Master.

I have been teaching group and individual yoga classes for more than six years; and working as a teacher of healing retreats and training courses for future yoga teachers.

I divide my free time between the theoretical and practical study of yoga and other therapeutic disciplines such as psychology (UNED) and my passion for climbing, mountains, the sea and nature.
