Combining the practice of yoga in a natural and vibrant environment with other disciplines such as hiking or surfing, we will begin to expand our comfort zone and explore the connection with mother nature at our own pace.
The salt water and the sun work together in synergy to help increase the feeling of well-being- Combining days at the beach with yoga sessions we will enjoy days of calm and serenity. This retreat combines the benefits of yoga and surfing to create a space and a moment for yourself.

A beautiful route that is very pleasant in summer since, thanks to its altitude and the large trees that reign on its slopes, the temperatures are usually cooler.

We will combine hiking a simple route that stands out for the variety of its flora with a one hour yoga class to promote concentration.

In this weekend nature retreat we will alternate moments of activity and nature outings with moments of calm and silence, allowing us to experience an optimal state of balance.
