SESSIONS

This program consists of five sessions specially dedicated to discovering how our back works and taking better care of it.

  1. Session focused on how the legs influence the tension in the back and how to stretch this area.

  2. Session focused on the core and trunk stability to improve back strength and endurance.

  3. Session focused on the hips and their relationship with back pain.

  4. Session focused on back extensions and push-ups and how to apply the correct technique.

  5. General mobility session.
