Yoga for pregnant women

SESSIONS

With this four session program we will delve into recognizing these changes, connecting with the life that we are developing and trying to live this process in the most organic and natural way possible.

  1. A session focusing on general mobility.

  2. A session for maintaining back health a decreasing lumbar tension.

  3. A session for strengthening and developing awareness of the pelvic floor.

  4. A session for building scapular mobility and releasing shoulder tension.

  5. A session of relaxation and yin yoga.
