Yoga for athletes

SESSIONS

Program of five online yoga sessions focused on taking a tour of the different muscular chains of the body with the aim of knowing it better, preventing injuries and making the body more flexible.

 

  1. Yoga session focusing on strengthening and stretching the legs.

  2. Yoga session focusing on the movement of the shoulder girdle and shoulders, reducing the tension in the area.

  3. Yoga session focusing on recognizing and working with the hips, thus improving the flexibility of the area in a safe way.

  4. Session focusing on safe and healthy movement of the spine.

  5. General mobilization session, with a shorter duration than the previous ones so that we can practice it on days when we do not have much time.
