Meditations for anxiety
SESSIONS
This program includes five online sessions in which we address anxiety in depth. You will get daily activities to do at home and a workbook to reflect on the levels of anxiety and stress we feel.
- What is anxiety?, How can we detect it and, why do we feel it? We will learn meditation techniques based on breathing to relax the peaks of anxiety.
- Panic attacks or anxiety attacks. What is happening in my body and; how can I recognize alarm signals. How can I relax when I feel anxious?
- What kinds of situations increase my anxiety and how to prepare for them. How to detect in which cases my anxiety is activated, which ones I want to face and which ones not. How to pay attention to each of these situations.
How to detect the moment before anxiety attacks in order to avoid going into the panic spiral.
What have I learned, what type of routines am I going to acquire, what techniques have calmed my anxiety the most and which ones I am going to maintain in my day to day life.
